Today we’re happy to share this video with you. It features intersex youth from different European countries and was created by OII Europe, IGLYO, Intersex Russia and Collectif Intersexes et Allié.e.s.
In the last two years, we have given a voice to intersex people – among others, by advocating for the Council of Europe intersex resolution and helping establish groups and organisations across Europe.
However, there are still too many intersex people who face isolation and lack access to support and community which would enable them to effect change in their regions. This is especially true for intersex youth.
Through community events and youth events, we are creating a platform for intersex voices to be heard, for intersex people to build their capacities and for intersex activists to share their knowledge.
