Theme: We’re Still Standing!
Held on 18th-20th of September, 2026
The event hosted many intersex people, families, allies & activists, who participated in the event under the theme “We’re Still Standing!”
The OII Europe Online Community Event was held on the 19th and 20th of September 2026.
Topics of session included (4 session total):
- Council of Europe Recommendation on Equal Rights for Intersex Persons Implementation
- Exchange on Intersex Research Findings
- Intersex People’s Family and Parents Stories & Engagement
- Collaborative Creative Space
Topics of sessions included a mixture of new capacity building topics and relevant topics in the focus of the community.
The Public Conference was held on the 18th of September 2026, before the two Community Event days to allow a larger number of participants to join due to being held during working hours.
